Trauma-informed therapy that celebrates neurodivergence, queerness, and all diversity and difference.
Brighton, London Bridge,
and online.
I’m Bex (she/they), a BACP-accredited therapist.
Hello, and welcome.
Well done for making the scary first step towards seeking more support.
Are you neurodivergent, or think you might be? Are you carrying past trauma, or want to connect more to your transness?
Whatever brings you, if you want to feel more at home in yourself and able to take up space, you’re in the right place.
Therapy with me is friendly, down-to-earth, and full of respect. It’s you and me chatting over a cuppa.
We’ll go at your pace. I can bring in inner child and parts work, creative tools (drawing, imagination, stories, objects), embodied movement, ritual, and nervous system regulation. We’ll work to get to the root of things. Stim toys or other aids are welcome.
I’m queer, with (late-diagnosed) ADHD, and know what it’s like to feel othered. I’m trauma-informed and committed to anti-racist practice.
Do you ever wonder what’s “wrong” or “different” about you?
Spoiler alert: there’s nothing wrong with you.
Even if your mind says you “should be fine”, but your body disagrees. Or a past therapist didn’t get you.
When you feel supported, you can be brave enough to start building the life you want to be living. You can live freely, without shame, and without echoes of the past controlling you.
